JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recruit, train and supervise staff. Conducts interviews and hire new staff under his/her department
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
- Develop and manage budgets
- Analyze financial data and report on performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build relationships with customers and clients.
- Direct all operational aspects such as distribution of operations, customer service, human resources, administration, marketing and sales.
REQUIREMENTS
- With strong leadership abilities and experience.
- Can multitask and delegate duties to employees where appropriate.
- Knowledge of the products and services.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Ability to identify opportunities for branch growth.
- A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions.
