The Branch Head typically serves as a member of management and is considered a senior level consulting within the organization. As such, the Branch Head provides functional, technical, and process leadership. The primary responsibility of a Branch Head is administration of the day-to-day insurance operation: client and policy information, customer service, billing, process management, compliance, etc. S/He assigns and directs all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation. S/He will manage staff, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. S/He will be committed to the expansion and success of the branch by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.The Branch Head typically serves as a member of management and is considered a senior level consulting within the organization. • Graduate of at least any 4 yrs degree course.
• Has pertinent experience and knowledge of GI
• Has experience in handling and leading people
• Can handle all branch office supervisory responsibilities according to compliance and organizational policies, including interviewing and hiring, setting goals, business management, performance management, and staff training and development
• Can manage the daily activities of the branch office, such as claim processing, marketing and auditing, loss prevention, and underwriting.
