Job Description
- Responsible in handling cash receipts transactions, cash disbursement & PDC Management.
- Accepts payments (cash/check) and issues the corresponding ORs.
- Prepares the deposit slips for payments and ensures that all deposits are validated and reflected in the passbook
- Handles checks in relation to disbursements.
- Prepares daily collection and disbursement reports.
- Handles PDCs and Petty Cash Fund
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Detail oriented, Organized, Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft office based applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint),
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
