Job Description
- Maintain and monitor accurate inventory levels. Oversee stock replenishment, conduct regular inventory, and ensure that inventory records are up to date.
- Handle sales processing, account management, and monitor customer transactions to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Manage the collection of payments and monitor overdue accounts. Ensure that all collections are properly recorded and reported.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as managing documents, processing transactions, coordinating schedules, and maintaining branch records.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of branch facilities, including office equipment and other operational needs, to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Management or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounts management, or collections.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Location: Mandaue, Cebu
