How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Lead and Mentor: Oversee a team of writers, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery, and provide feedback and training to help them grow
- Content Oversight: Conduct content reviews, approve story pitches, and ensure all work meets editorial standards
- Manage Newsletters: Supervise the end-to-end newsletter process, from concept creation to publication
- Strategize and Collaborate: Work closely with leadership to develop content strategies supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Create and Guide: Write content briefs for white papers, blog posts, news articles, and landing pages, guiding writers through the development process
- Enhance Processes: Audit content, implement SEO best practices, and improve quality assurance workflow
- Team Development: Monitor performance, provide feedback through monthly scorecards, and foster a culture of growth
- Recruit and Support: Assist with hiring decisions and collaborate with leadership to align content efforts with company goals
- Improve Workflow: Suggest process improvements to ensure efficient and seamless editorial workflow
- Strong Leadership Skills: Decision-making, problem-solving, and ability to guide and inspire a team
- Creativity and Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop engaging content strategies that align with marketing and business objectives
- Top-Notch Communication: Effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high content quality standards and adhere to style guidelines

- SEO Knowledge: Knowledge and application of SEO best practices for content optimization
