What You'll Do
Supervise and manage daily logistics operations and workflows
Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for seamless service delivery
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards
Lead, coach, and develop team members
Identify process improvements and implement solutions
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or operations experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of logistics operations preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
