The main responsibilities of a BOOKKEEPER include:

• Preparing, checking and Posting of Purchase & Sales orders and invoices.
• Revision of purchase & sales orders - Discrepancy Checking - Adjustment Entries - Summary
• Freight Charges accounting and allocating to same to the respective purchase records
• Checking & positing of Debit notes & Credit Notes
• To maintain an accurate daily tracker of pending transactions and make sure no backlog more than 24 hours
• Any other admin related task as assigned from time to time.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

• Excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel
• Basic calculation and math skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion with personal and confidential information - Honest and trustworthy
• 100% accuracy on all workings and entries.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
