  • Record daily financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and journals, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
  • Monitor company cash flow and reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups on collections and payment processing
  • Manage and process cash disbursements in accordance with company policies and approved requests
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections for management review
  • Track inventory movement and cost of goods sold (COGS) in coordination with the sales and warehouse teams
  • Assist with BIR tax compliance, including VAT filings, expanded withholding tax, and other government reporting requirements
  • Ensure proper filing of receipts, invoices, and financial records
  • Liaise with external auditors and accountants when needed

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of finance, bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a retail or inventory-based business
  • Experience & familiarity with government as well as BIR tax compliances
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of Philippine taxation and payroll regulations
  • Trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently
  • Experience in inventory or retail accounting is an advantage
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
