Key Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeper | Back Office Administrator , you will support financial operations and back-office functions for multiple client businesses. You will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, compliance, and administrative support to ensure seamless business management.
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable with timely invoicing and collections
Process vendor payments, receipts, and expenses with accuracy
Maintain the general ledger and prepare reports such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Process payroll, ensuring accurate employee deductions and statutory remittances
Support audits and collaborate with accountants and external auditors
Handle transactional entries in MYOB and Eclipse Stock & Accounting software
Administrative & Office Support
Manage finance email inbox and ensure timely response to queries
Organize and maintain electronic filing systems for documents and reports
Coordinate purchase orders, vendor management, and procurement processes
Support general administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry
Provide administrative assistance to leadership and internal teams
Assist in streamlining back-office processes for efficiency and accuracy
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure financial compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies
Generate management reports and documentation as required
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or financial administration
Working knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Eclipse Stock & Accounting (training will be provided)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive financial information
