What You’ll Do:

• Number Ninja: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Spreadsheet Sorcerer: Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with finesse.
• Audit Aficionado: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Communication Rockstar: Collaborate with team members and clients, answering inquiries and providing insights to help them make informed financial decisions.
• Process Innovator: Streamline bookkeeping processes and suggest improvements that keep us ahead of the game.

Who You Are:

• You have a knack for numbers and can turn data into actionable insights.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Proficient in accounting software (like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel—you're a spreadsheet wizard!
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills—you thrive on tidiness and accuracy.
