We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team, focusing on permits and compliance to support our operations effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on permits and compliance.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and compliance procedures.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
• Prepare and file necessary permits and licenses in accordance with government regulations.
• Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports for audits and ensure timely submission of financial statements.
• Track and document financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors as required.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage vendor relations and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and compliance requirements.
