Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D and 2D models using Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
- Create Revit models from various inputs including 2D, 3D, Scan to BIM, Scan to CAD, and CAD to BIM, adhering to specific procedures and requirements.
- Apply BIM processes, relevant building regulations, detailing standards, and construction methods from regions such as the UK, US, Middle East, Australia, or New Zealand to BIM/CAD models as applicable.
- Revise and update Revit and CAD drawings as needed.
- Conduct quality checks of Revit and CAD models to ensure the quality of outputs produced by other team members.
- Prepare Revit training materials and deliver training sessions.
- Develop BIM specifications and guidelines for project deliverables.
- Minimum of 5 years of Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience, with a preference for MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) works.
- Proven background in both commercial and residential projects.
- Experience with American codes and standards is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site daily in Cebu City.
