Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive BIM Manager to support our tender and construction phases through accurate modeling, clash detection, and coordination with project teams. You will play a key role in ensuring models and drawings meet technical specifications, standards, and project requirements, while supporting smooth workflows and documentation control.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive BIM Manager to support our tender and construction phases through accurate modeling, clash detection, and coordination with project teams. You will play a key role in ensuring models and drawings meet technical specifications, standards, and project requirements, while supporting smooth workflows and documentation control.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret methodology and project programs, converting them into cmBuilder or Construction BIM Models for tenders and active construction phases.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly tender meetings (via Microsoft Teams).
- Support the clash detection process, understand issue hierarchies, and generate detailed clash reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to address modelling issues and ensure project standards are maintained.
- Follow end-to-end processes, ensuring proper document control.
- Assist in the creation of show drawings that align with technical specifications, industry standards, and internal standards.
- Validate models and drawings for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
- Read and interpret BIM Execution Plans and other technical documentation relevant to the modelling and drawing process.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM Implementation, ideally on vertical commercial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of model-based design (BIM) protocols, standards, and workflows.
- Experience with BIM and data management systems.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Project essential).
- Ability to manage workload independently, deliver on deadlines, and support team needs.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting/analytics tools (preferred).
- cmBuilder experience (preferred but not essential).
