We're Hiring: Billing Specialist!
As a Billing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely submission of claims to payers while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal procedures. This role emphasizes attention to detail, accurate documentation, and a thorough understanding of payer requirements to minimize errors and maximize clean claim rates. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in medical billing practices and a proactive approach to maintaining billing integrity and efficiency.

What You'll Do
Prepare and submit accurate claims in accordance with payer guidelines and customer billing cycles.
Review and validate all claim details to ensure completeness and accuracy, including coding, provider information, and service dates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote consistency and efficiency in billing practices.
Verify proper use of taxonomy codes, modifiers, and billing procedures to prevent claim denials or rejections.
Maintain a high clean-claim submission rate by proactively identifying and correcting potential errors before submission.
Adhere to all industry regulations, payer policies, and internal billing protocols.
Maintain organized and accurate billing records and documentation to support transparency and audit readiness.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in billing or accounts receivable
Experience In Billing And Healthcare Settings Is Preferred.
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Strong follow-up, time management, and communication skills are required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
