Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bill Control Analyst to join our Bill Control Unit. This role is essential to ensuring billing accuracy, supporting postpaid revenue assurance, and driving the integrity of billing processes across diverse product lines such as mobile, broadband, ICT, and enterprise solutions.
As an entry-level analyst, you will learn how billing systems work end-to-end, participate in validation of charges, assist in root cause analysis for billing issues, and contribute to the implementation of controls that ensure customers are billed accurately and fairly.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bill Control Analyst to join our Bill Control Unit. This role is essential to ensuring billing accuracy, supporting postpaid revenue assurance, and driving the integrity of billing processes across diverse product lines such as mobile, broadband, ICT, and enterprise solutions.
As an entry-level analyst, you will learn how billing systems work end-to-end, participate in validation of charges, assist in root cause analysis for billing issues, and contribute to the implementation of controls that ensure customers are billed accurately and fairly.
- Perform regular checks on billing data, usage records (CDRs), and invoice outputs to validate accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in identifying and analyzing billing discrepancies or anomalies across consumer and enterprise segments.
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Finance) to document and track billing issues for resolution.
- Support pre- and post-deployment validation of new products, price plans, and system changes.
- Participate in UAT and regression testing activities for billing-related system enhancements.
- Help develop and maintain billing control dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and control documentation efforts.
