- Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or any related Courses.
- At least 1 year experience in Credit and Collection
- Knowledge or experience using accounting software, preferred but not required
- Must be keen on details
- Willing to render overtime and work during Rest day and Holidays if necessary
- Satisfactory social and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on sales or services rendered.
- Review and reconcile billing data, resolving discrepancies.
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve client issues promptly.
- Monitor payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Generate billing reports to track account status and payment trends.
- Ensure billing processes align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work with Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues.
- Organize documents for audits.
- Maintain systematic, audit-ready filing.
