As a Sales Administration Associate (SAM), you are responsible for supervising and supporting the management of sales agreements. In this role, you act as the vital link between the Customer Success Manager and the client, ensuring seamless post-sales support. You will handle customer data, provide service reports, and be the go-to person for any requests that support the ongoing training of our clients.

As a Sales Administration Associate (SAM), you are responsible for supervising and supporting the management of sales agreements. Responsibilities
- Process and track client orders, including the preparation and organization of administrative documents related to training, invoicing, and accounts receivables.
- Handle training registration and transfer requests while managing back-office systems and other tools.
- Organize and maintain office records, primarily client contracts and invoices.
- Be the focal point for the interactions with our international offices: coordination of special projects and daily communications.
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry is a plus!
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Enjoys working on Office (especially Excel) and/or GSuite (particularly Google Sheets) documents.
- Must have good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- A process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset, with a knack for identifying challenges early and implementing creative, effective solutions.
- Be able to anticipate potential problems with great problem-solving skills.
- Experience in basic invoicing or accounts receivables is a plus!
- Bilingual or fluent in Chinese (written and spoken).
- Able to understand written Chinese, both Traditional and Simplified characters.
