Key Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate our brand’s voice and personality in every customer interaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service that creates WOW moments across various communication channels including email, chat, and social media.
- Translate product-related communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product and internal systems to assist customers effectively.
- Foster a positive and cheerful atmosphere in all customer and team interactions.
- Excellent proficiency in both Slovak and English, with strong communication skills.
- A genuine passion for assisting individuals with diverse learning curves.
- A thirst for knowledge, strong problem-solving capabilities, and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week).
- Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM, operating on either Windows 10 or MacOS 10.12.6, and a processor of Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher.
- Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps.
