- This job is night shift supporting our NYC office
- Start Date is ASAP
- This job is a hybrid setup. In-office is required 3 days per week. Note: 5 days on-site will be required during your training period, and until after you achieve your target KPI. After that, hybrid setup for 3 in-office days per week in our Armstrong Corporate Center – Makati.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or business development within a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate procurement and RFP processes.
- Extremely excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or market research industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
- Night shift working experience.
Expectations:
- Identify and evaluate bid opportunities from corporate and healthcare clients, consulting firms, and financial institutions.
- Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including proposal preparation, documentation, and submission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information, structure responses, and ensure high-quality, competitive proposals.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of bids, track deadlines, and monitor the status of ongoing opportunities.
- Ensure all proposals align with client expectations, industry standards, and company best practices.
- Analyze bid outcomes and provide insights to improve future proposal strategies.
