Purpose of the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join HH Global; a privately owned, rapidly growing, global marketing execution business. Based in India and reporting into our APAC Business Analytics Lead, the role will work closely with the wider Business Analytics team, playing a pivotal part in supporting HH Global’s ambitious growth agenda.

This is an exciting role that will focus on further developing and delivering our analytics service, be a key contributor within our business project teams and deliver the high-profile internal metrics that play a pivotal part of our business decision making.

The role will ideally suit an individual who is strong with numbers and data, has excellent business acumen, and is keen to further develop an already established analytics career path. As with any data centric role, attention to detail and a keen eye for story telling and problem solving will be crucial.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide critical analytics support as part of HH Global’s Business Analytics team, who in turn are responsible for providing central support to client spend in excess of £2.5b across 40+ countries. This role will have an enhanced focus on delivering insights into crucial client spend and performance metrics, helping further drive HH Global’s exceptional performance.

A key part of this role will be to take over, manage, maintain, and further develop several business-critical reports and dashboards that are consumed, daily, by the global leadership teams and our clients. The candidate will be expected to liaise with all levels of the business to ensure we are using the right data, in the right way, to answer the right questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis of data sets (basic and complex)
  • Maintenance and development of internal and external performance dashboards
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate business analytics requirements into meaningful insight
  • Working closely with the wider team to design and implement internal and external reporting and dashboard solutions
  • Data validation, cleansing and process improvements
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis and project support where required
  • Follow a well organised design approach for all projects, with all meetings, processes, designs, mappings, data flows and connections well documented.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Excellent analytics skills and interpretation/understanding of data and reporting
  • Knowledge and ability to extract and manipulate data from varied systems
  • Experience of data modeling (star schema / snowflake – PowerBi) ,data cleansing, analysis, and reconciliation and audits
  • Proactive to deliver project outputs on time
  • Clear communicator, with the ability to story tell with data
  • Possess strong documentation
  • Able to present complex data in an easy-to-understand manner
  • A passion to learn and grow their skills and capabilities
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, including advanced MS excel skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Power BI reporting & dashboard development
  • Good to have: With good understanding in marketing services but not limited to logistics, products services, sales, vendor management reporting etc.
