Job Description
The role will be responsible for managing a number of HR transactional activities and providing solid HR advice and support to members particularly in the area of mandated (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) and in-house benefits administration, Records Maintenance and providing quick and efficient solutions to inquiries, and complaints in a member -centric manner
Qualifications:
* Graduate of any 4-year course
* Experience in remittance and benefits processing is an advantage
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to details
* Computer literate; Proficient in MS Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer -oriented
