What You'll Do
Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation
Provide warm greetings and escort guests to their rooms
Offer information about hotel facilities and local attractions
Coordinate transportation services and valet parking
Handle guest requests and deliveries promptly
Maintain lobby and entrance areas in pristine condition
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to lift and carry luggage
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
Knowledge of local area and tourist attractions
