Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma/certificate)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Willingness to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Minimum of 6 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE) is required

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints and inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
