Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma/certificate)
- Strong English communication skills
- Willingness to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours
- Available to start ASAP
- Minimum of 6 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE) is required
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints and inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
