Role Title: Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) Marketing Services Executive

Function: Marketing

Location: Philippines

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

• Processing payments for marketing collaterals and materials in the system (Coupa, Invoicing)
• Coordinate on Demand Creation related documents such as import and export product clearance and product requisition.
• Assist with product listing operational process such as Mockups, etc.
• Supporting the Demand Creation team to organize marketing workshops and events.
• Coordinating with Demand Creation team to ensure all marketing materials produced are delivered as planned such as Pre-POSM allocation, request items code, and SAP related.
• Organizing and servicing meetings, company visits and business trip for Demand Creation Team
• Managing marketing material stock and controlling all marketing assets.
• Liable for all marketing project networks with cross functions with highest precision
• Liable for all artworks networks & coordinate with the Demand Creation team for the alignment & deployment

• Good organizational skill. Resilience and good attitude.
• Detail oriented & Collaborative
• Administrative/Coordinator experience, working on operation excellence & other administrative tasks
