- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- - Identify and target potential clients in need of contract staffing and completions services
- - Conduct outbound calls and emails to Project Managers, Project Directors, Engineering Managers, Engineering Directors , Operations Managers, and Operations Superintendents
- - Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls for the sales team
- Relationship Building:
- - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target companies
- - Understand clients’ needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions and value propositions
- - Follow up on initial outreach to nurture leads and drive engagement
- Market Research & Analysis:
- - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape
- - Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance service offerings and marketing strategies
- Sales Support:
- - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for converting leads into clients.
- - Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- - Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Reporting & Documentation:
- - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- - Provide regular reports on lead generation, outreach efforts, and sales progress to management.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the staffing or completions services industry.
- Minimum of 2 years cold calling experience to include, tracking call logs, follow ups, appointments, etc... Within the company database/CRM.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) and MS Office Suite; experience with sales and marketing tools is a plus.
- Knowledge: Understanding of contract staffing and completions services is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactive: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
