Responsibilities included: Lead Generation and Project Identification:
- Research and identify new business opportunities using tools such as Barbour-ABI.com for construction sales projects and our existing Pipedrive CRM.
- Monitor industry trends and project pipelines to target potential clients and sectors.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls and schedule meetings to introduce products and services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Working within our Pipedrive CRM system
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and track progress against targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Report regularly on sales activities, progress, and results.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for client needs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on market demand.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Pipedrive, to manage leads and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the industrial and construction sectors is a plus.
