barista / service crew

What you'll be doing

• Preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffees
• Providing attentive and friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including regular cleaning and restocking duties
• Assisting with general food and drink service tasks as needed
• Participating in training sessions to continuously develop your barista and customer service skills

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
