We are hiring for a UAT Manager for a bank client located in Makati.
This is a regular Day Shift Mon to Fri job
Salary is up to 170K based on experience
Main Requirement is at least 3 years of experience within the banking industry

Responsibilities:
- Manage UAT direct reports, including leading, coaching, and mentoring testing team members
- Role will partner with stakeholders on creation of value story / business case
- Coordinate all cross application dependencies and downstream impact with IT and business teams to prioritize enhancements and defects into releases
- Conduct weekly/monthly UAT/Release Management status meetings
- Collaborate and provide release status to leadership team and stakeholders
- Raise tickets for changes bugs and actively follow up for closure
- Manage and lead an effective and cohesive local UAT team
- Work with the Warehouse Systems Operations Manager on continuing to build acceptance testing in all locations
- Lead, develop and motivate direct reports, ensuring continuous improvement through regular individual and team sessions
- Identify and develop members within the team with the potential to assume more responsibility as needed/available
- 5 years minimum relevant experience ideally from the banking industry
- Cycle principles, Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in design of detailed test plans, and creation and execution of test scripts
- At least 2 years of managerial experience
