As a Back Office Support, some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Process and verify billing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
- Perform data entry tasks with efficiency and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Handle administrative and repetitive tasks while ensuring consistency and quality in work output.
- Maintain and organize documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in updating and managing databases and internal systems.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and data records.
- Support other departments by providing necessary back-office assistance.
- Adhere to company guidelines and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information.

- Studies: High school diploma required. College education is a plus.
- Experience: This is an entry-level position but some back office support experience related to administration, customer service, and accounting/finance would be an advantage.
- Language: Good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (MST) or Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Philippine Time). Work schedule will follow the US calendar.
- Contract: Independent Contractor.

- Salary: $650
