As a Back-Office Processing Associate, You Will
- Accurately input, maintain, and organize data in various systems and databases.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with established procedures and policies.
- Compile and produce routine reports for internal and external use.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments, handling tasks from filing to information retrieval.
- Identify and suggest improvements to current back-office workflows and processes to increase efficiency.
Non-negotiables
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to follow compliance standards and company procedures.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and data management tools.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in back-office, administrative, or data processing roles.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and database systems.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
