Job Purpose: The role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Bill-To-Cash processes by performing systems testing and quality control activities. The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge of Bill-To-Cash systems, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot system and process issues. You will be instrumental in supporting frontline and back-office operations, regulatory compliance, and financial requirements across our Distribution Utilities (DUs).

Job Responsibilities
- Perform systems and integration testing based on business requirements and functionalities.
- Conduct quality control for system process outputs, data, and overall system performance.
- Analyze business scenarios to develop effective test scenarios for process improvements.
- Provide functional expertise on system usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors.
- Train internal trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on new system functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on system and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or IT related course
- Willing to work on a project-based employment.
