The Service Level Manager will lead a team orchestrating vendor partnerships to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer expectations, and operational capabilities. This role is pivotal in translating strategic goals into actionable service level agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous improvement across the service ecosystem. The Manager will champion customer advocacy, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize service performance and proactively address potential issues. Expert vendor relationship management is crucial, fostering collaborative partnerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and service excellence. Effective communication and stakeholder management are essential, bridging the gap between business, operations, and vendors.
