Do you have a service advisor and/or parts interpreting background and are seeking a change? Or do you have a strong Automotive knowledge and looking to apply this to a new role?

We have automotive technical opportunities working with a software development company as a Technical Analyst.

Your Role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated team player to research, create and maintain parts, service and technical data to a high level of accuracy for our technical publications and special projects.

As a Technical Analyst, you will:

● Assist in the creation of the client's Superservice Menus product line, which provide automotive dealerships with accurate and reliable menu pricing for:

• Service
• Repair
• Genuine accessory operations.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

• Parts interpretation, service or warranty experience
• Experience working in a car dealership desirable
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred skills/experience:

• Highly motivated team players with experience in technical data management, supporting special projects and publications.
