Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests for our

React-based website and React Native mobile application.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript and relevant frameworks
  
  

such as Playwright for web testing and Appium or Detox for mobile app testing

• Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize test scenarios
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Perform manual testing as needed during the automation setup process
• Investigate and report bugs, issues, and defects found during testing
• Continuously improve and optimize the automated testing process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript; familiarity with other languages is a plus
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, or Detox
• Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, particularly React and React Native
• Knowledge of API testing and tools like PACT
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance, security, or accessibility testing
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
• Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance
