Your Responsibilities
Als Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung (w/m/d) wirst du als Teil unseres lokalen IT-Teams deinen wichtigen Beitrag leisten, Softwareanwendungen für unsere Kunden weltweit umzusetzen. Von
der Funktionalität bis zur Benutzeroberfläche – du wirst dafür sorgen, dass auch die Anwender:innen auf Unternehmens- wie Kundenseite mit den Softwarelösungen sicher und reibungslos arbeiten können. You like IT?
- Du wirst IT-Software-Profi und programmierst, konfigurierst, testest und dokumentierst Softwareanwendungen
- Du wirst dich um die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung unserer Softwarelandschaft kümmern
- Du wirst interne und externe Anwender:innen schulen und beraten und erste:r Ansprechpartner:in bei Fragen rund um die unternehmensspezifischen Softwaretools sein
- Du wirst täglich mit Kolleg:innen und Kunden zusammenarbeiten und dabei fast automatisch deine Englischkenntnisse vertiefen
Your Responsibilities
- Implement effective procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information,
- Identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend control enhancements to mitigate potential control weaknesses in the
- Internal Control System (ICS),
- Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement,
- Coordinate the daily activities of the Accounting and Reporting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and within the set deadlines by Corporate Reporting,
- Follow and adhere to Corporate Finance and Accounting Guidelines,
- Ensuring that all accounting processes align with IFRS and Corporate Accounting and Finance Guidelines,
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and coordinate audits and reconciliations,
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimizations of activities,
- Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports,
- Ensuring all statutory accounts will be submitted on set deadlines for all companies in scope,
- Tax computations to be finalised for legal entities in the year-end reporting packages,
- Maintenance of tax and statutory books monthly via respective adjustment entries,
- Prepare, review, and analyze Statutory Financial Statements including notes and submission to internal and external parties when required,
- Coordinate the relationship with external consultants and audit companies,
- Accomplishes accounting human resource objectives by recruiting, and onboarding,
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, and providing ongoing training,
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct, and timely closing, and reporting at year-end,Assisting in the implementation of reconciliation of IC transactions for transfer pricing process for the countries in scope,
- Main tasks during the transition period include but are not limited to:
- Support in preparation of a list of current and new processes to be transferred,
- Coordinate transition projects,
- Implement existing working instructions,
- Support in preparation of respective SLAs,
- Support in preparation the recruitment process,
- Introduce new joiners to the processes,
- Retention/enhance team structure-
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics
- Qualification at respective country CPA, ACCA, CIA is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant Accounting and Reporting working experience in a multinational organization
- Excel advanced skills
- Knowledge of office based IT tools
- Ability to work independently
- Presentation and Interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, proactive approach
- Planning and Organizational skills
- Strong Leadership skills
- Vast knowledge of all local tax regulations, and IFRS
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Establish strategic relationship with interdependent areas and teams

- Flexible to travel
- Flexible to work after hours when required
