About This Role…

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to provide critical support to our Audit team. This role will involve working closely with Partners and the wider Audit division to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and assist in maintaining high standards of quality across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Support: Manage the team’s shared mailbox, addressing queries and requests from both team members and clients promptly and professionally.
  • Audit Documentation: Assist in preparing audit reports and formal correspondence for review and finalization by Managers and Partners.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update audit client information and track team members’ access within various audit-related databases.
  • Billing & Timesheet Management: Review team timesheets, assist with billing processes, and support in managing debtor accounts.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research on client data, generating reports from various sources to support audit activities.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for audit team members.
  • Expense Management: Reconcile Partner credit card statements, input related expenses into accounting software, and ensure regular updates.
  • Client Acceptance Procedures: Assist in the execution of client acceptance procedures to ensure compliance and efficient onboarding.
  • Travel & Event Coordination: Organize travel bookings, conference arrangements, and internal team meetings, ensuring logistical support for team activities.
  • Asset Management: Monitor and maintain the allocation of hardware and software resources within the Audit team.
  • Compliance Reporting: Assist in filing ASIC and Annual Reports for Partners, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • General Administration: Answer phone calls, redirect inquiries to the appropriate department, and provide administrative support to the team as required.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency.
