Salary: P40,000-P60,000 Monthly Package

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of Australian bookkeeping experience is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience with Xero is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial operations, and account reconciliation.
  • Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and other basic accounting tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Bookkeeping or accounting certification/license preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities

What will you do?

Bookkeeping

  • Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
  • Enter invoice details and maintain accounts payable/receivable records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate.
  • Prepare and review the general ledger for accuracy.
  • Prepare Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Business Activity Statements (BAS).
  • Maintain timely communication with clients and address any financial inquiries.
  • Collaborate with accountants to fill out tax forms and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Manage and review accounts payable, receivables, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Ensure all accounting documentation is accurately filed, organized, and accessible.
  • Monitor and report discrepancies in financial records.
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks, including document preparation, database updates and communication management.

Admin

  • Administration of Aroflow CRM (Building software) training will be provided
  • Managing of Inbox e.g. invoice questions, etc.
  • Inbound calls – minimal but basic message taking and forwarding to sales.
  • Vehicle registrations
  • Additional adhoc work as assigned
  • Documenting processes
