TITLE: Project Coordinator

GRADE: 10

LOCATION: Belgrade, SRB

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Primary function is to support Project Manager(s) in duties that involve internal and external communications, data system management and ATM installation monitoring.
• Single Point of Contact for 3rd Party Rigging Vendors for ATM Deployment projects as it relates to site survey planning, scheduling, OOS procurement and deliverables
• Manages and monitors all Day of Install activities, including Rigger and CE escalations
• Schedules and leads weekly Rigger readiness calls to ensure accurate scheduling and ensure ATM SN#, location and configuration align
• Schedules and leads weekly CE readiness calls
• Works with warehouse to determine ATM shipment locations, build accuracy and small parts ordering/tracking
• Responsible for requesting project planning resources that include bridgeline and field support
• Work with internal stakeholders to secure CE scheduling/assignments
• Manages and monitors Day of Install activity and updates to NCR Project Manager
• Collects deliverables and submits to NCR Project Manager, as well as uploads to QuickBase application
• Maintains and builds relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Utilizes system reports to manage project activities
• Reviews all staging photos to confirm model and configuration are correct
• Responsible for project site, external task, work order and PO creation
• Manages PO’s throughout lifecyle
• Updates and maintains EPM QuickBase application with project data
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a university degree or College diploma or relevant industry experience
• Must have 2+ years of project coordination/project management experience in ATM deployment or related industry/projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment; quickly respond and prioritize between multiple demands
• Ability to build and influence schedules to meet specific criteria and contract bound timelines
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint) and familiarity with other tools such as QuickBase/EPM/ServiceNow
• Strong ability to listen well and give clear and unambiguous instructions to all parties
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur
• Excellent customer relationship/organization skills
• Excellent track record of project success
• Strong sense of urgency and integrity
