A Intern student for strategic management facilitates strategic projects aligned with company’s AOP that involve cross functional engagement of different departments within TCP walls to ensure deliverables are achieved on a timely fashion. They provide analysis to ensure alignment of the inititatives to the business goals.
Learn to facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Learn to Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
learn to project evaluations and assessment of results
