Associate Supply Planner
As an Associate Supply Planner, you will be the key support resource for the Supply Planning team, enabling seamless execution of departmental functions. You’ll manage tasks related to CM management, system maintenance, new product development, and inventory oversight.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Setting up action items, updating components, and managing BOM and kitting processes.
- Maintaining Oracle Planning Cloud FBDI files, item setup, lead times, and safety stock settings.
- Supporting new product development with item master data, and ensuring on-time launch deliveries.
- Assisting in tech transfer projects, tracking production progress, and supporting component disposal.
- Attending CM Open Order Meetings and tracking deliveries and PO updates.
Inventory Coordinator
As an Inventory Coordinator, you’ll prepare and process orders, manage ERP order/transaction data, and liaise between the Global Inventory team and other departments. Your role ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Handling order entry and coordination of distribution activities.
- Coordinating with the Transportation team for export shipments.
- Executing ERP inventory transactions and generating shipment orders.
- Ensuring accuracy of orders and resolving transaction issues.
- Supporting best practices and process improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…
For Associate Supply Planner:
- Be proficient in data analysis and ERP systems (Oracle Planning Cloud, NetSuite preferred).
- Have strong Excel skills and an eye for detail.
- Communicate effectively across teams and show problem-solving capability.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field, or have 1-3 years of supply chain/inventory experience.
For Inventory Coordinator:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in inventory/logistics or a degree in Business/Supply Chain.
- Possess strong Excel and ERP skills.
- Be highly organized with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in direct-to-consumer and Agile environments is a plus.
