**Position Overview:**

This role is crucial in our effort to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier university students, recent graduates, and entry-level professionals for our Early Career, Co-Op, and Internship Hiring Plan.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct high-volume resume screening and initial assessments of candidates.
  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate logistics with interviewers.
  • Support recruiters in managing candidate pipelines, ensuring all records and statuses are up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates regarding next steps, interview feedback, and offer details.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive, efficient, and timely recruitment experience.
  • Ensure all candidate data complies with internal policies and privacy regulations.
  • Track candidate progress and hiring metrics; generate and maintain reports on candidate experience.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment checks as needed.

**Educational Background:**

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong familiarity with the Workday Applicant Tracking System.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • An empathetic and candidate-focused mindset with a high level of discretion.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
