Associate Recruiter

The Associate recruiter will support the Recruitment Team in the end to end hiring process with focus on acquiring talents across our Customer Solutions Operations teams.

Under general supervision conduct full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, face to face interviews, selection, compensation negotiations, reference checks and on-boarding activities.

• Source for qualified candidates from different career portals, employee referrals, social media sites etc.
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct callouts/phone interviews
• Interview candidates and provide shortlists of potential hires
• Update the trackers daily
• Performing various administrative and data entry tasks such as database management, scheduling calls for recruiters among other tasks as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or its equivalence preferred
• Preferably with 2-4 years of work experience in the HR/Recruitment field
• Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Ability to work with peer leaders and individuals at all levels in an organization
• Internal applicants must have a minimum 1 year tenure in the company
• Performance rating must be Strong or above
• Not enrolled in PIP, written warning, final warning or higher DA
• Excellent attendance track record
