General Responsibilities

• Gain a general understanding of PDAX’s operations, systems, and organization to evaluate process quality, identify prevailing operational issues, and propose process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze PDAX’s operations on a periodic basis through qualitative assessments, statistical analysis, and validation procedures on processes and controls of concerned departments.
• Provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations to senior management through periodic quality management dashboards and reports.
• Assist in the development and review of PDAX’s operational manuals to standardize quality of documentation and apply process improvements.
• Assist in special projects/work related to quality management as assigned by senior management.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in quality management, operations management, process improvement, or risk management; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems critically and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, organizational skills, and effective time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Background in data analytics and/or statistics is an advantage.
• Knowledge and familiarity with cryptocurrencies and blockchain is an advantage.
