General Responsibilities

Stakeholder Needs Gathering:

  • Conduct in-depth research with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, compliance, risk, finance) to understand their workflows, pain points, and evolving needs related to internal tools.
  • Analyze user feedback, operational data, and system performance to identify opportunities for improvement and new feature development.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Support:

  • Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our internal tools, aligning with company-wide objectives and operational priorities.
  • Contribute to the prioritization of features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.

Feature Definition & Execution:

  • Translate user requirements and business needs into clear, concise, and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring and optimization.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

Tools Portfolio Management:

  • Home-grown Tools: Focus on enhancing our proprietary systems for user management, compliance, eKYC, dashboards, fraud management, and ledgering.
  • Outsourced Tools: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maximize the value of external tools such as Freshworks/Freshdesk, Kissflow, Hyperverge, and Comply Advantage, identifying integration opportunities and workflow optimizations.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal tools to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and demonstrate the impact of product enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a central point of contact between engineering, operations, legal, compliance, risk, finance, and other business units to ensure seamless communication and alignment on internal tool initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a role such as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or a relevant operational role where you were responsible for improving systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in projects that involved improving internal systems or operational workflows.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements is essential.
  • Familiarity with the operational ecosystems of cryptocurrency, Web3, or TradFi (e.g., compliance, fraud, risk management) is a significant plus.
  • Exposure to enterprise software, CRMs (like Freshworks), workflow automation tools (like Kissflow), or identity verification systems is highly desirable.
  • The ability to understand and map complex business processes and user workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a comfort for working with diverse teams.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to use data to inform recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with product development principles, including writing requirements, prioritizing work, and gathering user feedback.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to see projects through to completion.
