Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns with merchant partners to drive customer acquisition and transaction growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns, including creatives, operations, and finance.

Merchant Partnerships

  • Collaborate with merchant partners to co-create campaigns tailored to their target audience and business objectives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing and prospective merchants to maximize collaboration opportunities.

Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and generate insights for future optimization.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and partner ROI.

Budget Management

  • Work within allocated budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns without compromising on impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign management, partnerships, or merchant relations, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or retail industries.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to assess campaign performance.
  • Creative problem-solver who can develop innovative ideas to meet business and partner objectives.
  • Familiarity with the Philippine consumer market and its trends is a plus.
