What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and executing online marketing initiatives related to influencer, onsite, and partnership campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and execution of Klook deliverables
- Coordinate with rest of the marketing team (Kreators, Partnerships, Campaigns)and other relevant internal teams (Finance, Legal, Central Marketing) in executing campaigns on multiple channels to support overall business goals and specific channel objectives
- Be responsible for ensuring all Kreator and PR payments and contracts are processed in a timely manner.
- Suggest improvements in campaign-related processes, helping with building operational trackers to increase efficiency and meet deadlinesManage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns and assist in creating post-campaign reports and collating best practices, coordinating with internal stakeholders such as supply teams from multiple markets
- Be responsible for the accuracy of coupon-related settings such as timing, display, descriptions, eligibility, and campaign tagging to ensure the right promotions are delivered to the right target market and user segments
- Be proactive in spotting and understanding destination trends through market and social research to be able to recommend the right offerings to highlight in influencer itineraries and campaign pages
- Be part of an exciting team leading the Philippine market in solidifying and expanding the market leadership and relevance
- Assist in managing influencer concerns and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as customer service and supply teams with the goal of ensuring excellence in building influencer relationships
- Bachelor degree with at least 2 years working experience in online marketing, across campaign, project or event management
- Experienced in consumer marketing, partnership campaigns, or e-Commerce campaigns management
- Digital savvy, good analytical and administrative skills
- Good command of English, both verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills and Strong awareness in modern digital advertising and marketing strategies in the travel e-commerce industry
- Knowledge in different local media channels is a plus
- Interest and ability to keep learning new and creative marketing approaches
- Resilient, performance-driven, able to deal with pressure and change under a fast paced environment
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Strong communication and presentation skills
