Associate Manager Controllership

Job Description

• Assist Financial Controller lead in the development and implementation of financial policies and controls
• Ensure the timely completeness of external financial audit and internal audit
• Assist in financial analysis and review and communicate the action plans to process owners
• Assist in tax audit and other local compliance requirements
• Collaborate with different teams in finance and non-finance
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation and resolve the reconciling items
• Manage the Balance Sheet aging in escalatable report
• Assist in month-end closing posting and review of balances
• Drive process improvements and projects
• Provide adhoc reports and analysis as required
