General Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Support the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements;
  • Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals; and
  • Utilize recruitment tools, OKRs, HR metrics, and statistics to track and improve the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Learning and Development:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of learning and development processes, programs, and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources;
  • Coordinate logistics for learning sessions, including scheduling, room management, and preparation for learning materials;
  • Manage the administration of learning and development programs, including tracking attendance, evaluations, and follow-up activities.

Talent Development:

  • Collaborate with Human Resources team to develop and implement talent management initiatives, such as performance management, succession planning, and career development;
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, competency models, and career paths;
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.

Knowledge Management:

  • Assist in the preparation of employment registers and ensures safe keeping of recruitment files according to retention schedule;
  • Maintain the organizational communications such as e-bulletin boards, newsletters, events calendars, posters, and announcement channels, to ensure employees have knowledge of learning and development events and resources;
  • Prepares and maintains trackers and other monitoring tools, extracts data, and prepares reports to help insight generation and decision making for various talent management initiatives or projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Organization Development, Talent Management, or Marketing Communications, with a focus on recruitment, learning and development, and talent development.
  • Has working knowledge in Instructional Design, Learning Models, Course Content Development, and Training Assessment and Evaluation.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written with key stakeholders, including business leaders.
  • Strong focus on execution and results, and passion for a talent mindset and driving performance.
  • Proficiency in Office Management Systems (eg. Microsoft Office and Google Workspace), Data Visualization Tools (eg. Looker Studio), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
