Associate Inventory and Ordering Manager

About the role

As the Associate Inventory and Ordering Manager at Value Chain Solutions, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. This full-time position is based in Angeles City Pampanga, with opportunities for further career growth within our dynamic organization.

• Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels across our warehousing and distribution network
• Analyse sales data and forecasts to determine appropriate stock levels and ordering requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Implement inventory control systems and processes to minimize waste and maximize operational efficiency
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to warehouse and logistics teams on inventory management best practices
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance our supply chain capabilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management, ideally within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of inventory management software and other relevant technologies
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
