What you’ll do as an Associate III, Purchasing:
You’ll play a key role in managing purchasing activities that support our business goals. You’ll negotiate with vendors to secure optimal deals, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues related to invoicing and shipments, contributing to a seamless supply chain.
In this role, you’ll manage top vendor relationships, including APC, Cisco SmartNet, and Microsoft, and consistently process one of the highest average ticket volumes among Thailand Buyers. You’ll also handle complex vendor processes such as Cisco SmartNet, which involves portal-based order loading and certificate stock-in. Additionally, you’ll serve as the primary back-up for Cisco Hardware and Lenovo, while supporting other vendor lines as needed.

You work independently, provide guidance to junior team members, and adapt to complex situations with sound judgment. You’re comfortable explaining policies and collaborating across functions to reach solutions. Your experience allows you to manage moderately difficult assignments and lead initiatives that improve operational outcomes.

- Around 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain operations
- Proven ability to negotiate vendor contracts and manage purchasing systems
- Experience resolving cross-functional issues related to shipments and invoicing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to mentor junior staff and lead process improvements
- Experience managing high-volume vendor accounts and complex order processes
